Commonwealth Card Services, Inc. is a Delaware Corporation, headquartered in Massachusetts. National sales, client and cardholder support and operations are also based in Massachusetts. CCSI’s mission is to advance the movement of employers and their employees toward the “Electronic and Checkless Society.” From our founding in 2003 with the acquisition of a six-year old company engaged in developing Stored Value Card Services, CCSI has built the infrastructure to support our business plan, and we have obtained long-term agreements with service providers to garner a growing list of satisfied clients.
Infrastructure: CCSI has a talented, seasoned Management Team who direct the company strategically and run the business to exceed client expectations on a day-to-day basis, while adhering to highly ethical business practices. Internet-based and other marketing programs are in place to support a trained, motivated sales force governed by professional standards. Client and Cardholder Operations are a forethought, not an afterthought. CCSI designed, developed and implemented our own proprietary relational database system to ensure the highest quality of support to clients and cardholders, as well as to our agents in the field. Financial and legal aspects of controlling the business are managed professionally through in-house staff and consultants.

Demographically, the uninsured or underinsured employees most in need of affordable healthcare correlate well with those employees who can most benefit from Stored Value Paycards. With a well established membership base, Healthy Advantage™ is recognized for its consumer-oriented plans, fully supported by Internet and live customer service.
